Google Calendar

AccuLynx integrates with authenticated Google Calendars to allow for the display of the calendar’s events within AccuLynx. AccuLynx will also, if enabled, create new calendar events on authenticated calendars.

Google Drive

AccuLynx integrates with authenticated Google Drive accounts to allow for the selection of documents to be stored within AccuLynx.

Google Email

AccuLynx will use your Google Email account identity to verify authentication to all Google applications connected to an AccuLynx account.

Web Beacons and Similar Tracking Technologies

When you visit our Service, we may collect your IP address for certain purposes such as, for example, to monitor the regions from which you navigate our Service. We may also use web beacons alone or in conjunction with cookies to compile information about your usage of our Service and interaction with emails from us. Web beacons are clear electronic images that can recognize certain types of information on your computer, such as cookies, when you viewed a particular site tied to the web beacon. We may use web beacons to operate and improve our Service.


An App may utilize location services on your mobile device to collect and use location data, including the real-time geographic location of your device. If you consent to the App’s utilization of location services, we may use GPS, Bluetooth, your device’s unique identifier, and/or your IP Address, along with Wi-Fi and cell tower locations, and other technologies to determine your device’s geolocation.
